Xdrive
Xdrive gives you the personal space to store, share, access, organize, and protect digital photos, video, music, documents and other files. You can back up your PC automatically every day, so you can rest assured. With their Web Backup tool, you can execute backups of files without having to install additional software. And the SmartPicks tool will search for specific types of files stored on your computer.
Xdrive Desktop
With Xdrive Desktop, you can schedule automated backups of specific files or folders to the Xdrive, and advanced options enable you to set up multiple backup sets. By seamlessly mapping an (X:) drive to your computer you can have direct access to your digital life online.

Founded: Originally founded in 1999, Xdrive was acquired by AOL in 2005.
Data Center: Xdrive's data centers are located in Manassas, VA and Dulles, VA. They also have plans to build out a third geographic location for additional redundancy. Xdrive's server farms are co-located with AOL's equipment in state-of-the-art facilities for the highest levels of security, data protection and operations.
Company Highlights: In March 2007, Xdrive released a new feature, called Xdrive Shows, which highlights how users can do more with the data they store online.
