Online Backup Specialist, RBS Extends Tech Support Hours

Remote Backup Systems announced that it will extend its hours for Tech Support beginning on Monday, March 2.

2009-03-01- On March 2 Tech Support will be available from 9:00AM until 8:30PM weekdays, US Central Time. Beginning March 8, Tech Support will be available until 9:30PM. Support engineers will be handling technical support for the company’s RBackup Online Backup software, as well as their new Mercury Secure Online Backup platform.

“Ours is one of the few industries currently experiencing growth in this economy,” explained Rob Cosgrove, president and founder of Remote Backup Systems, “As more and more end users signed up with our Service Providers, we saw a greater need for support after normal business hours.”

Remote Backup Systems develops and supplies brandable software used by MSPs and Service Providers who offer Online Backup services. There are two versions, RBackup for Windows Servers, and Mercury for Mac and Windows personal computers.
