World's most scalable backup system launching reseller program at CeBIT

Friday, May 21, 2010 - After winning two major awards last year, Memory Box is launching its reseller program at CeBIT in Sydney from 24-26th May 2010.

"Small to medium service providers can earn up to 20% recurring commissions with the program", says Trevor Glen, Managing Director. "We can help resellers expand their product and service offering to their customers with a service that solves a very real problem that their customers face".

"CeBIT provides a great platform to talk to new resellers as well as meet potential investors in the company", Mr Glen said.

Memory Box is an online backup product that is safer, more secure and more scalable than other solutions as it doesn't rely on a single server to store the backups. Instead, a community of users share hard disk space to minimise the effects of natural disasters, fire and theft. Memory Box won the Startup Company award at the 2009 iAwards and the 'Tools and Infrastructure' category at the APICTA awards - a major international award with competitors from all over the Asia Pacific region.

Every year, one in 10 hard drives fail and 40% of computer users lose precious memories or hard work... yet many users still do not back up their files. Memory Box research showed this was often due to apathy and users seeing it as a time consuming hassle. The Memory Box solution is specifically designed to solve this as it is automated and runs in the background of a userís computer after a simple set up. Memory Box is currently looking for investors to help expand their sales and marketing efforts.

Memory Box can be found on the South Australian stand, G12, at CeBIT.
