DPS' remote backup services work with most popular operating systems including Win 2003, Win 2K or Windows NT. Its remote online backup service can also be used to protect Novell Netware, Red Hat Linux, Sun Solaris, HP Unix, IBM AIX and AS 400 servers.

Data Center: DPS has three data centers located in the southeastern United States. Data is mirrored between their facility in Hammond, LA and their facility in Atlanta, GA. Their staff all live in the southeastern U.S. and speak English as their native language.
